Sarah Shealy, RN, MSN, CNM, MSCP
Â
Sarah Shealy RN, MSN, CNM, MSCP is a Certified Nurse Midwife, Menopause Specialist, and the founder and designer of the Meno Learning Lab. For 30 years she has worked at the intersection of women's health, education, and advocacy.
Her own perimenopause journey sent her deep into the evidence and clarified what she'd always known — that when clinicians and their patients truly understand what's happening, they can work together, honor what makes each experience unique, and transform the way midlife is navigated.
Dedicated to the full arc of women's health — from postnatal recovery through perimenopause and beyond — she is an expert at translating complex science into clear, practical knowledge you can actually use.
Mother of daughters. Lifelong learner. Deeply committed to the women and patients navigating midlife.
